When thinking about energy, Love vibrates at the highest frequency.
Therefore, making it the most powerful tool at your disposal to assist in creating the life you want.
So many of us live in a state of desperation, fear, anxiety, and stress.
These emotions vibrate at a low frequency and unfortunately by being in this state you are still using the Law of Attraction and are bringing in more events of similar emotions.
When you live in the state of love and gratitude, you are harnessing the Law of Attraction to bring into your life circumstances, people and objects that you are trying to manifest.

Imagine you want a new car.
Are you having thoughts about the lack of the car, the state of your car right now, and the stress it is causing you by not being able to have the car due to financial restraints?
These thoughts are transferring into emotions of desperation, fear, frustration and stress.
This in turn attracts those circumstances and events that are vibrating at the same frequency.
When you tune into the state of love you are sending out the feelings of Love, gratitude, excitement, and joy.
Pick a symbol of love for:
- the car you love
- the car you KNOW is coming to you
- and all the money you have now which allows you to purchase the car you want
What is a Symbol of Love?
An interesting and powerful practice that helped keep my emotions in check was creating a symbol of love.
This symbol of love is something that, when thinking about it, creates such a feeling of unlimited love in your heart that you can’t think or feel anything else.
This object can be as rare or common as you’d like, as long as it is specific to your liking.
There needs to be a strong emotional attachment to this object so that when your spirit guides show you your symbol, you don’t miss it.

This symbol will remind you when you are in a state of love so that you have some reassurance that your thoughts and actions are in the highest and best way for you.
Another way you can use a symbol of love is for when you NEED to get back into the state of love.
You can either choose a different symbol of love, or the same one, but this time when your spirit guides present it to you, it is a reminder that your energy isn’t vibrating in the state of love, and to do what you can to bring it back there!

What Can Your Symbol of Love Be?
Literally anything. Your symbol could be literally anything!
Some people choose butterflies (they freak me out… so that’s a no go for me), rainbows, hummingbirds, or a specific flower.
When I first started this practice, I spent a long time trying to think of an object that literally brought my vibration to the state of love instantly.
I couldn’t think of one!
That’s when I realized that it didn’t have to be an object.
So I choose music. Specifically Phil Collins.
Whenever I hear any Phil Collins song, I am so filled with love and happiness that I knew it was my symbol of love!
Now love doesn’t mean romantic “in Love”.
It means you, yourself are sending out the energy that is vibrating at the frequency of love
For this reason, you are attracting this which is vibrating on the same frequency.
Now whenever I hear Phil Collins, I stop, and tune into my soul and determine what my thoughts were in that exact moment.
Was I feeling happy and grateful, or did I have thoughts of regret and sadness?
Then I use this SUPER EFFECTIVE TECHNIQUE to bring me up if I am not vibrating in the state of love.
So pick a symbol that is special to YOU, and ONLY you.

If you don’t like rainbows, don’t pick that as your symbol, because when your spirit guides present it to you, you won’t have any attachment to it, and it won’t do its job!
