Mandalas are fun to draw and I absolutely love drawing them from scratch instead of using a Mandala template or book.
I like the freedom of creating a new Mandala and letting the creative process lead me.
This way I have a surprise effect once I finish my Mandala, because no Mandala is the same.
I decided to film myself while drawing an intuitive Mandala from scratch.
I had no idea where I was going with it and simply went with the flow.
As you can see in the video, the Mandala is not symmetrical. I traced some lines to help me so that the opposite symbols would be mirroring each other. Nonetheless, you can see that the shapes from the Mandala are not symmetrical.
However, you can clearly see that I followed a rhythm.
How do you usually draw your Mandalas?
